Acceptance of Terms 接受條款
By purchasing any coaching package, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
購買任何教練套餐即表示您同意遵守本條款及細則。

Service Description & Fees 服務內容與費用

  • Hybrid Coaching (混合訓練計劃): Includes Face-to-Face (F2F) sessions and online support as per the selected package.

  • Online Coaching (線上指導計劃): Access to digital training resources and virtual consultations.

  • Fees are charged upfront or recurring based on the chosen billing cycle.

  • 所有費用將根據所選套餐一次性或定期收取。

Session Scheduling and Cancellation 課程安排及取消政策

  • All sessions (including F2F, hybrid, or extra sessions) must be scheduled and completed within the package timeframe (e.g., 3 months for selected plans) to ensure optimal results and program momentum. Sessions not completed by the end date will expire, unless an extension is approved. To continue or complete unfinished sessions beyond the timeframe, clients must pay the difference at the one-time session fee rate of $950 per session.

  • Clients are responsible for booking sessions in advance via direct communication (e.g., DM or email to fityardtraining@gmail.com). We will collaboratively confirm dates to fit your schedule.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice (via DM or email). Late notice or no-shows will count as a consumed session, except in cases of verified emergencies such as sickness, accident, injury, or other unforeseen factors (documentation may be requested). Up to 2 free reschedules per package are allowed for non-emergency reasons.

  • For coach-initiated cancellations (e.g., due to travel or unforeseen events), we will provide advance notice (at least 1 week) and offer a free makeup session, virtual alternative, or credit.

  • Extensions for valid reasons (e.g., prolonged illness or travel) may be granted for up to 2 weeks at no cost; beyond that, an admin fee of $500 per additional week applies to cover ongoing support. Unlimited extensions are not permitted to maintain program integrity.

  • Disputes over scheduling, cancellations, or consumed sessions will be resolved through mediation, governed by Hong Kong law. We reserve the right to terminate services for repeated no-shows or policy violations, with no refund for unused portions.

  • 所有課程(包括面對面、混合或額外課程)必須在套餐指定時間範圍內(例如所選3個月)安排及完成,以確保最佳效果及計劃進度。未在期限內完成的課程將失效,除非獲批准延期。如需延續或完成未用課程,客戶須以單次課程費率($950/堂)補差額。

  • 客戶負責透過直接溝通(例如DM 或電郵 fityardtraining@gmail.com)提前預約課程。我們將共同確認日期以配合您的時間表。

  • 重新安排需至少48小時前通知(透過DM 或電郵)。遲通知或無故缺席將視為已消耗課程,除非屬經證實的緊急情況(如疾病、意外傷害或其他不可預見因素,需提供證明)。每套餐最多容許2次非緊急免費改期。

  • 如教練方取消(例如旅行或不可預見事件),我們將至少提前1週通知,並提供免費補堂、線上替代或等值信用。

  • 因正當理由(如長期疾病或旅行)可免費延期最多2週;超過將收取$500/額外週的管理費以涵蓋持續支援。無限延期不予批准,以維持計劃完整性。

  • 安排、取消或消耗課程的爭議將透過調解解決,受香港法律管轄。我們保留權利因重複缺席或違反政策而終止服務,未用部分恕不退款。

Payment & Renewal 付款與續訂

  • Payments are processed via Stripe. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

  • 款項將通過Stripe處理。定期訂閱將自動續訂,除非客戶取消。

Cancellation & Plan Changes 取消與更換套餐

  • To cancel or switch plans, notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle via email to fityardtraining@gmail.com.

  • 如需取消或更換套餐,請於下個計費週期前至少7天通過電郵fityardtraining@gmail.com通知我們。

  • Failure to notify may result in automatic renewal of the current plan.

  • 未及時通知將導致當前套餐自動續訂。

Refund Policy 退款政策

  • No refunds for partial or unused periods after cancellation.

  • 取消後未使用的服務期恕不退還。

  • Exceptions may apply for technical errors (e.g., duplicate charges).

  • 技術錯誤(如重複扣款)可申請退款。

Liability 責任限制

  • We are not liable for injuries, missed goals, or service interruptions due to:

    1. Client’s failure to follow instructions.

    2. Force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

  • 本公司不對以下原因導致的受傷、未達目標或服務中斷負責:

    1. 客戶未遵循指導;

    2. 不可抗力(如疫情、自然災害)。

Dispute Resolution 爭議解決

  • Disputes shall be governed by Hong Kong law and resolved through mediation.

  • 爭議將根據香港法律處理,並優先通過調解解決。

Modifications 條款修改

  • We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • 我們保留修改條款的權利。繼續使用服務即視為接受修改。
